At Q Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your speakers or components in their original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
